IF a selfie happens and Instagram and Vine are down, can you
hear millions of internet hipsters scream?
The investigation was answered this morning with a global
tweets of anxiety as two of the bulk popular shots and video sharing broker
went offline simultaneously, forcing people to profits to Twitter to complain
that nobody would see their duck-faced selkies or enjoy a snapshot of their
lunch.
One of the mass popular tweets shared by frustrated
photographers was the theory that this was Vine and Instagram's way of telling
